I've tried KT tape before and Rock tape. This Flex U is the best thus far. Not to mention cheaper than Rock tape and better quality than KT. It was worth the try for sure. I will be getting more soon enough. I've used this to deal with pain management on my feet as all the doctors want to do is throw expensive medicines to treat the symptoms this tape actually improves my foot pain to the point of pain free.

I gave 4 stars because the product is effective. However I am allergic and need to find a way to use without it causing skin irritation and itching. I read- to use a little milk of magnesium on my skin, allow it to dry and then use the tape.Update 4-16-21- Milk of Magnesium did help. I was able to use for a longer duration.

I thought KT Tape was ok, but it didn’t last very long. So I went on the search and found FlexU, and decided it was worth a try. It’s breathable, adheres well and is priced well, but most of all it works!Because it is made of different material, expect it to be stretchier. I’m short = shorter arms. So when taping my wrist I have to cut an inch off the end, because of how stretchy it is.

Just as I said. I am a HCP and am given free kinesiotape all the time when I go to CEU courses and I ONLY use this tape for my office and on myself. I holds up nicely and does not irritate my skin or that of my elderly patients...a big plus!

I use this all the time on my knee. It helps keep the inflammation and fluid from building up. The cost is getting higher like everything else.

I have ordered many different brands and this is the best one yet. I was amazed at how long it stayed on even after showering at least once a day, I am very active and as I age , feel muscle strain from time to time. I used it on my lower back and it stayed on for over a week. Great way to rehab any area.

Very first time I ever heard of K-tape and was recommended by my acupuncturist to relieve long term fluid build up on my knee from arthritis and mountain hiking. In 6 days, 4 with tape and 2 after tape removed. The fluid and discomfort is substantially improved

I play softball down here in Florida and with the heat and humidity you sweat quite a bit. This tape not only supports the area where it is used but stays secure thru out the whole day. This product is priced very well.

Excellent pre-cut k-tape which makes it really easy to apply. I bought both the black and blue versions and very happy with both. I bought these to tape my 17 year old son’s ankle that he sprained (with directions from a sister who is a physiotherapist). The tape has held for at least 3 days each time even through multiple showers. You do need to apply the tape correctly, so get advice from an expert or watch some YouTube videos. The colours are great if that matters (did for my son that didn’t want to use the pink ones I had!). Truly great tape.Note: I had an issue with my order, but the customer service was 5 stars and they fixed the issue very quickly. I will definitely order from this company again.

Have tried different brands and so far my favourite. Very flexible, more durable. Thougj would like it to have more adhesion when in the pool, always comes out. While in the shower it doesn't happen.It's not the chepeast but the 3 pack is a very good value.

Used other brands of tape cheap and expensive ones and so far this tape is working well for me, I use it for knee and elbow support, so need it to stick well and give the support I need and its not let me down.

I have tried the tape twice, both times it has peaked off after 5-10 minutes. I have used tape from another brand for the last year or so and not had this before.I returned this tape earlier in the week for a refund

I've tried a few. Kinseology tapes but this one is the best it sticks really well and stays on in water.
