Soundcore k20i serves the purpose
The sound quality was goodIts just 1 day and no complaints during call. With my old air pods, people use to complain of no clarity with my voice.So far no complaints on call quality. I used if for nearly an hour for trainings and no discomfort. So far good with this product.

Excellent semi in-ear earbud!
Value for money product. Good for people who dont like in ear earbuds. Sound quality out of the box is not good. Please install soundcore app and play with the EQ settings to achieve the desired results.

Worth the Price
The product is really good.It stands perfect in my ears but ofc if i move my head fast or rotate it very fast there are chances of falling down.For now the battery life is goodThe scratches maybe visible easily so handle it with care.About the sound quality it is really great for this price range. I am using soundcore space one and I loved it and i thought buying from the same brand. It's value for money.So back to sound quality it's good, clean and pleasant to hear. But don't expect too much. Around this price range this is really good.I would give around 4/5.And the bass is really great but not heavy.I'm a guy who likes to listen smooth bass, so I like it. For bass 4.9/5.So never really tried the gaming mode. So can't say about that.About the app it's good as it was before, and more Equalizers.

Defected product
Noise cancellation feature is not working. My voice is not audible too over the phone call. Cannot fix this problem through Soundcore application. Wasted my money on this earphones

Light and super comfortable earphones. Sounds very clear with clean mid bass.

Good sound detailing of music.But sound feels low even at its maximum volume .
Overall, I appreciated the music's detailed sound quality, particularly the well-balanced bass and treble. However, I was disappointed that even at maximum volume, the sound fell short of immersing me in the music. Despite cranking it up, I couldn't shake the feeling that the sound was lacking depth and punch, leaving me unfulfilled.

Product Quality, built quality, exchange process
It been less than a week, i have the product. The hinge is too loose, the body of the case is shinny. It is causing lots of scratches from the day 1. I have been trying to exchange. Which i think one can't do. The exchange process of amazon for this product is horrible. Been trying for days, nothing has moved. All they are trying is to fix it through some process given in app.How can some one fix it, if the problem is physical. Interms of sound the product is good. But built is below average at this price point of 2k. One should not expect good built quality while buying this. Again , i will repeat the hinge of the flap is too loose and the outer case will get lots of scratches from the 1st day. This product need to have return or atleast good exchange process from amazon. Think before you buy. The exchange process for this product is not happening.
