Good quality and at a fair price
From all the books I've read about supplements I am familiar with the instructions of taking D3 and K2 in combination, so this supplement offers a good option for that. There are huge amounts of research papers on vitamin D, so I won't go into details about the many health benefits that come from supplementing with it, other than to say that if you live in the cold climbs like the UK in general, and the north of England or Scotland in particular then it is well worth considering. These capsules are relatively small compared to some, which is good as it makes them easy to swallow. There are sixty in the bottle, which at one a day means there's a two month supply. So, pricewise they're not particularly expensive. This supplement uses the MK7 type of vitamin K, which is usually considered to be the best, and it is also a natural rather than synthetic form of vitamin K. It has a longer half-life than other forms of K2 such as MK4. This means it stays in your body longer. There are some other benefits too such as for cardiovascular health and bone health, and MK7 is more bioavailable. They are made in the UK, which is good and the use by date on my mine was a long way out, which is good if you like to stock up on this sort of thing.

The capsules are so cute, and other thoughts
Coming from other Charava products, the capsules for this are so stinkin' small and adorable. But of course, that's neither here nor there. And if you don't take supplements often, they'll probably still look a little big.The vitamin D is the max recommended for adults (100mcg, 4000IU). Because there isn't really an upper limit established for K2, the 133% NRV does make me a little hesitant since it's fat-soluble (the only K2 form that could be water-soluble is MK 4, from what I'm reading). But, of course, vitamin D is fat-soluble too, and that comes in at a whopping 2000% NRV (and still within medical literature's acceptable dosage range) so I should probably not worry.Since it's fat-soluble, I would recommend taking these with food, which is not noted as part of the "suggested use" on the bottle. If you experience any stomach issues, definitely try taking them with a hearty meal so it absorbs better.I haven't taken K2 before, but I've taken D3 and tolerate it well. I've tolerated the combination well, as well, and am quite pleased about it so far. No negative effects, but no particularly noticeable effects either. They're easy to take and don't have a bad smell or taste (not that I keep them in my mouth for longer than a second).

SMALL EASY TO SWALLOW CAPSULES. GOOD VALUE FOR 2 MONTHS SUPPLY. RECOMMENDED.
My partner has been taking supplements which are similar to these capsules. He is very impressed by taking Calcium supplements which have the addition of K2 -MK7 as MK7 shows higher activity in humans than MK4 due to its better bioavailability. Some research suggests that MK7 also has beneficial health benefits for a number of other conditions. As with all supplements, it is also advisable to check with your doctor if they are suitable for you, especially if you are taking prescribed medications. He has been taking D3+K2-MK7 for a while now and, like most supplements, this requires a degree of trust as the layman cannot prove the benefits or otherwise. That is why it is important to consider the source of the supplements you plan to take. Without intending to confer any greater reliability, I note that the label on the bottle states that these capsules are UK in origin. He has not experienced any side effects and feels that he needs to continue to take these, based on the current available information. He finds these capsules to be smaller and easier to swallow than some others. They have a D3 value of 4000ug which is marginally lower than some others to likely be of little or no signifance. They are a 60 day supply and as such represent good value. Worth buying.

Highly recommended
I had to get another supply of the D3 & K2 vitamin supplements and have to say that these I preferred to the last brand I got, mainly because of the size of the capsules.Sometimes with the larger capsules they can be hard to swallow because of the coating but these being slightly smaller made it easier.Highly recommended vitamin supplement, perfect size

“Easy to take!”
The capsule is smaller than usual and much easier to take daily. Decent quality and good ingredients. Price find it a bit expensive for me.

Great for My Dad’s Health
I got these Charava Vitamin D3 + K2 capsules for my dad, and he’s been taking them for a few weeks now. He loves how easy they are to swallow, and I’ve noticed an improvement in his energy levels. The combination of Vitamin D3 and K2 is great for his bone health and muscle function. He’s been taking supplements for years, and this product seems to be helping him feel more active, especially with the immune-boosting benefits. The vegan capsules are a bonus since he prefers plant-based supplements. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support their health, especially for older adults!

A GOOD SUPPLEMENT
I have been taking Vitamin D3 for the past few months and I think it is more important than ever now the winter months are coming up with the resulting low exposure to sunlight. It is of course up to individuals to check the guidelines and make their own decision. This vitamin D comes with added K2 which I prefer as it seems to improve the absorption of vitamin D. I also note that it is D3, which I prefer. The bottle contains 60 small capsules and the serving size is one each day so about two months supply. The capsules are manufactured in the UK and have a long expiry date of 12/26.
