Photo booth
This is a fun product for taking pictures with friends. It can be a great ice breaker for a large groups of people getting together at a party to start mingling and chatting about the pictures. However, this product was too heavy for me to transport. I had wanted to return it but it's too expensive to return, you may as well keep it. The customer service kept in contact with me until we reached a resolution, so it shows they want to help where they can to keep their customers happy.

First setup
Quality is excellent. Very well made unit. However, the instructions need updated because there are features on the unit like a USB plug and turning the iPad from portrait to landscape mode that are not covered. Lightning options on remote work well.

Bad business
I received my product 3 days after ordering it and it can in a messed up box wrapped in plastic. When I opened it I seen that it has already been used with scrapes in and scratches and dents on the product. Then all the screws were not accounted for and half the product was already put together. To top it off the two cords that were supposed to come out the top were not there and the wires were wrapped with tape. CLEAR TAPE NOT ELECTRICAL TAPE.
