My daughter received this as a present and even though I was sceptical at the beginning, it totally blew my mind.The advertisement for this toy showed much older kids aged 8,9 and therefore I thought that my little one will be overstimulated and bored to play with it... but she wasn’t at all! She is not the type to keep an interest on one toy for a longer period.She LOVES it so much that even after a few weeks she spends a lot of time taking pictures of things: toys, furniture. We even take it outside on our walks and she is so much more curious about wildlife and nature and takes several pictures.The pros are:Very good battery life and storage. You can buy a SD card and extend it. I would advice to buy one with huge capacity, as it gives you peace of mind and will not discturb the fun.Charging is done with a mini usb.Not too heavy for kids hands.Comes with neck strap to make sure they don’t loose the camera.The selfie stick is fabulous and very sturdy.It comes with several functions: photoshop your pictures with different overlays: bubbles, hearts, snowflakes. And change your selfies and add diffent hair colour, jewellery (of course it is cartoon images).There are mini games, in case they get bored.The biggest pro for me is that it encourages her to go outside and spend time exploring nature!The con: I haven’t found anything yet. The price is a bit high, but when I see how much she loves it and spends time with it, I believe the price tag is completely justified.All in all a wonderful gift, if you want:• motivate your kids to go outside• and especially if you would like to introduce your kids to photography and the satisfaction from capturing wildlife and wonderful moments :)

Absolutely amazing, got this for a gift for my 8 year old daughter for Xmas and I’ve never ever seen her so taken with a toy ever ! It’s so easy to use and she just really really loves it. Very impressed.

Within a week my 6 year old girl had cracked the screen by screwing in the selfie stick firmly. Far, far too easy to break for a product aimed at kids. It's not cheap either.

My niece has absolutely loved this since we bought it for her. She is five years old and always steals our phones to make videos and take pictures of everyone - now she’s obsessed with her own new toy. Love it and it’s really amazing quality. Worth buying an additional storage card to use with this.

Love the Vtech brand...both my kids have grown up with it so I have no complaints. My 5 year old loves it paired with her microphone she feels like a pop start lol Easy to use and loads of fun for my daughter

My 4 year old hasn’t put it down! The internal memory holds quite a few pics/videos depending on length etc. Around 150. Rechargeable usb battery is great! Charge lasts longer than expected and camera turns itself off if left untouched for a while

My daughter got this from "Santa" for Xmas. The camera is quite small and has no flash so you really need to be in bright conditions for the pictures to be clear. She likes it though and she likes the games and filters on it so as long as shes happy so am I.
