I love these Steampunk Goggles. The best part is that they light up! I plan to add them to an steampunk hat I am working on. These goggles will be the spotlight of the costume. The battery pack is small enough that I can hide it behind some feathers and gears on the hat. We do a trunk or treat every year and I am sure these will be a hit.

These are a fun idea, and I really wish these were well executed, but it seems like the design and quality choices made were meant to produce something at minimal manufacturing cost, rather than delivering the best product possible -- or even a really nice product.This is great for one-time use for a costume, or as the starting point for cosplay, where you might disassemble or modify the item to make it more usable. But for me, there really were two issues here. First, the fit. It does not fit a normal face, not any of the five very different faces of the people who tried on my pair of these goggles. None of them could get it to sit comfortably on their faces.In addition to not fitting well, there is just a general lack of quality -- including, for starters, no padding or even any flex in the material that makes contact with the face. Even a poor fit would be tolerable if it weren't digging into your cheek or orbital bone. The materials feel poor quality overall, and I worry that this would not last any sort of extended use.It's not all bad -- I'm still willing to give 3/5 because there are some uses for this item that would be totally reasonable, or at least good enough. The battery hook up does have a standard type hook up, I swapped it with a different item (similar LED sort of wearable) rather than finding another pair of AAs. That's good to know, interoperability is a positive thing.Overall, I'd give this three or four stars depending on the value proposition here. In the price range $20-25, I think it is a poor value, which is why I settled on three stars. If it were cheaper, that would make these annoyances about poor fit and poor quality less important, especially for one-time or very infrequent use.

Absolutely awesome. They fit well and the glow is perfect.

This is a set of steampunk goggles that have glowing blue LEDs around each eye. The power pack plugs into the glasses and lets you change the LEDs from solid on to quick flash to slow flash to off.It looks really cool and will make a great costume accessory, whether for Halloween or Cosplay or other event.It is powered by two AA batteries.

The media could not be loaded. Two AAs needed, that's all that's needed to party. Fits ok, definitely not for everyday. Light is bright enough to see, but the color is great.
