Given 3 stars due to it being a nice little compact unit. Unfortunately i didnt get the chance to use it as it works only in the USA and still baffled why it was sent to me in tthe UK!. This wasnt mentioned in the listing so i've had to return the unit , so far at my expense.

I purchased these to put into my elderly father’s cars. You have to register the devices and enter your card information for the monthly payment before you can even try installing them or they won’t connect. When I couldn’t get them to connect with the app I tried calling customer support and got a voicemail. After more than an hour of messing with it I gave up and returned them. Amazon issued a refund for the actual GPS devices no problem but when I contacted MOTOsafety for a refund on the $20 they had already charged my card for the monthly payment I was told the company doesn’t issue refunds. They were out of the box for less than two hours and didn’t even work but not only do I have to pay but they prorated me the whole month. I repeat THEY FORCE YOU TO GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION BEFORE YOU EVEN KNOW IF THE PRODUCT WILL WORK AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND WHEN IT DOESN'T!! Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. There is a monthly fee of $19.99 associated to this product. MOTOSafety customer service was less then helpful and when I attempted to call them. There number doesn’t even work.I purchased 2 and there both being returned.

They call your house and try to sell you something, left a message on the machine, right during dinner, man that set me up for some awkward conversation. Thanks!! now they know....... not the point of what I was doing,other than that it works great and the software is easy to use.

This works in Canada (I live in Montreal) however in order to activate the service on the web site, you need a credit card with a US ZIP CODE. You can not use a credit card with a Canadian address. Once I used my american credit card, the service works great - as advertised and super simple to install.

My old car will not start when I installed it, which is the car I intend to pass on to my new driver in our family. Then I installed it in my other car. It worked fine for 2 days and it slowly killed my alternator. I was so mad because I've just put a new battery in it. So I had to replace the alternator which cost about $400. Therefore, I will not recommend this GPS tracker for anyone. It's waste of my money and precious time.

Sold to me in Canada but won't work in Canada?

Nifty little device bought to watch over my 17yr old son. Unfortunately this model doesn’t work in Canada.

I’m from Ontario, Canada. This product helps me keep accurate real- time location of ALL my family members. The drawback? I had to use an American address to register my tracker. Also the car computer acted a little weird for about 10mins. But I would buy another, hands down, in the future.

Bought this product for my grandparents before they left on their trip an account was setup over the phone was able to access the app but it showed nothing. A call was made to assess the situation and nothing was resolved so not only am I out 25$ for the tracker but I’m out 40$ for the account I paid for.

Canadian buyer BEWARE!! This device does not work in Canada. Called customer service and they confirmed that only the older 3G model can be activated in Canada. Will be sending it back...

It sends the daily reports, great to observe without micromanaging.

My best Amazon purchase!!! Works great without issues at all after subscribing to service!! I am VERY glad and happy to with it!!

It's unfair that this product doesn't describe anywhere that you need to pay 20$ monthly to use it.If it was told, we would have been cautious about it.

It interferes with the computer of the vehicle and messes up the fuel consumption.
