Comfortable fit
Bought for yoga practice. The pad allows me to move freely and allows my previous injury to heal whilst still being able to participate in sports.

These are actually really good, I work in supermarket and my knees get very sore but only bad thing is they make me very hot so my knees become very sweaty and it makes my whole body heat up but definitely worth the money as get 2 , they wash well.

Great looking pads and very comfy
I haven't used these yet other than to try them on but so far they are comfy and I think are definitely well padded enough for pole fitness routines on hard floors from the quick test I've done so far.
