much better than a normal iron
I've never tried an iron where the water is in an external tank but I'm totally sold on the idea. It makes the iron lighter and means I can do all my ironing without having to stop and refill it. As an iron it functions exactly as you would expect - it glides nicely over the fabric and has a variety of heat settings. I haven't bothered ironing anything for a while because my old iron was rubbish but I definitely felt smarter with my clothes ironed and I will now make the effort to iron most of my clothes from now on.It works really well and is super easy to use making what used to feel like a chore almost therapeutic lol.Thumbs up from me and definitely worth the price over a cheap iron. I may even invest in some scented ironing water now!

Very simple to operate
I've gone back and forth on steam generators, mainly depending on how many people are in the household at the time. When the kids were all at college or in their own homes, I tended to use a plain steam iron, but when the house is full of people you are going to appreciate the extra oomph of a steam generator. It lets you slog away for longer. Modern life, eh?This is a pretty no frills affair, with 4 heat settings (more than enough) and a decent 900ml tank. I've seem better tanks that are more convenient to fill but this is okay, not bad by any means.Everything heats up pretty quick and works well. There a, fairly standard these days, automatic heat shut-off in case you're the absent-minded sort.Current list is seventy squid - I would tend to wait for a discount on this.Looks are definitely going to divide opinions, with it's late 90s i Mac look not exactly being cutting edge these days. I like a bit of nostalgia so it works for me.Solid product.

Convenient & easier to handle than a regular steam iron
This is a good quality, functional steam generator iron system that works as expected. Standard adjustable heat settings for different fabrics. Easy to use. What I find really beneficial compared to a standard steam iron is the fact that the weight of the water is shifted from the iron itself to the tank. Not only easing the strain on hand, wrist arm etc, but I also find it reduces pain in my lower back when the iron is smaller - plus there's the elimination of constant refills throughout a large pile of laundry, so it speeds the process up a lot.Really happy with it.

Steam iron put a little chunky
This iron has a very interesting and unique design compared to others I have used in the past. The iron uses theme so it removes creases from clothing very easily and effectively. The iron has a very large base that holds water to help it use steam to its advantage. Unfortunately, this does make the unit quite bulky so it can get in the way. However, the iron works lovely and functions very well meaning that are no creases in my clothing and I am ready to take on the day.
