The media could not be loaded. This ice maker is exactly what I was looking for. It makes the perfect sonic ice, hospital ice or whatever chewable ice you think it is. It's really heavy and take up a bit of counter space but it's well worth it. I hope it last a long time as it's significantly cheaper than the others on Amazon. Cleaning seems pretty easy as I ran a cleaning mode first before actually using it. It's also very quiet and can barely tell that it's running.

We were so surprised with this little ice machine. It’s fast, clean, and produces great small crunchy ice. Instructions are clear and easy. Clean, fill with water to the line. First time takes about an hour to fill the bin but after that it’s consistent ice as long as there is water in the machine. It’s a little big for under the counter so we have ours at the end of the counter. I had my doubts because of the price but this ice machine is a hidden wonder.

I bought this product in May of 2024, it stopped working in July 2024. I used only filtered water and cleaned it regularly, it started make it a horrible squeaking noise after about a month of using it and then stopped producing ice. I was furious and the return policy is only 30 days per the AMAZON policy. I would not recommend this product at all. Super uspset that I wasted my hard earned money that only worked for just over two and half months. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will buy a similar product and will be sure to read the return/warranty information.

I had a good Frigidaire ice maker that made bullet cubes that worked great for three years but started acting up so I started looking for a replacement. I always enjoy the small pebble ice from Sonic and other restaurants but didn’t think I would be able find one for table top use at home. But to my surprise I found a very affordable one that makes plenty of ice. I am also surprised that the small size ice actually doesn’t melt as fast as my old bullet ice did and it is much easier to eat. I have had ice maker for just 4 days now but don’t think I will ever go back to bullet ice again. I am tempted to buy another one soon just for a back up. I highly recommend this ice maker.

Works great, needs it's own plug in which is a little inconvenient but the ice has perfect texture and makes ice quickly. Make sure tray is set correctly

Fits great on our little counter at work. We don't have running water in this office, so the ease of filling the reservoir with water is greatly appreciated. Makes ice quickly and the ice is sooo good, just like chic-fil-a!

Price is good. Before this machine I bought a household ice maker that served mildew and mold from tank reusing dirty water melted from ice made. Broke down tried to fix but stopped when I seen the gross mess. The vevor ice maker has line in and out. 70 lb a day I easly believe cleaning processes, procedures for all functions. 12 to 17 min per tray of ice that's your decision. The scoope is large. I got a smaller 1. It is a bit of a waterfall sound when making ice, but fills up quick enough that it's quite most the day. Love it.

Once you learn the controls it works very well

Got this machine and it did not work.Spent a month talking with Ceny the 3rd party vendor this comes from and all they wanted to do for me was send parts for me to fix it myself. Very bad customer service. Amazon gave me a refund after Ceny was not willing to do anything.

Great ice maker, we use it at our RV, replaced a countertop ice maker that we had to manually fill and wait forever for ice. Twenty minutes and we have ice, fills the container in a few hours, connected directly to water and drain. Runs quiet enough that we don’t notice it. Self clean option is nice.

I hooked up my ice machine and it makes ice quite well but the holding bin don't seem to keep the ice cold and it melts fast. My friends has one and his bin keeps the ice cold and hard once it's made.
