Q: Is it possible to remove the connector so that when sending it through a wall, the drill diameter is the same thickness of the cable?

As far as I remember you can only remove the coupler and nuts to keep the integrity of the cable. So the drill bit needs to be a bit wider than the cable but works fine. I used an old coat hanger to pull it through cavity walls.

Q: Is this wf 100 spec and would it be better to replace whole cable 30m indoors or extend another 10 m from original VM cable

It is up to spec and you wont have any loss in performance. Easier to replace and install this cable, if it is indeed the correct length you need!

It is ok for virgins tv and broadband

I don't see why not, as I was replacing a basic aerial cable that had been doing the job for two years and worked ok. I think the quality of this cable is far superior and I did exactly what you are asking about. I was determined not to cut the cable in anyway so had to buy a large drill bit so the connector could come through the outside wall into the house. Hope this helps?
