This is a great source for a fast-acting carb. I use it pre and intra-workout while my carbs are low. If you have a diet where you minimize carbs early in your day, you might find that pre-workout powders and aminos only go so far. If you’re a lifter, this can mean a lack of pumps.I’ve found fruit and other sugary sources as a fast-acting carb have negatives such as upset stomach that this does not have. And no crashing.
