What is the difference between cool care & blade care besides how it sprays?

This is more of an oil rather than a spray like the cool care. Kind of the consistency of blade wash.

How long we wait until we can use clippers after spraying ?

I have used it on the shaver, wiped excess off, and used it right away when grooming my pups

Will this clean, lube, and disinfect my rotary razor?

I really can't answer that question. I haven't used it on a rotary razor. The product does work great on clippers.

Will the product rust my blades like the Cool Care?

I've been using this product for a number of years and I haven't seen any hints of rust. Don't rinse the blades off with water after spraying them. Just wipe off the excess and store them properly. Water will do two things. Remove the Andis protective film. And, start the oxidation process.
