I absolutely love this large heating pad! The quality is excellent, and it has been a game-changer for me. I previously owned a smaller heating pad that worked well for stomach cramps, but its size was limiting. I’ve only had it two days and it isn’t working. Can someone tell me why it’s suddenly on 8 and 69 minutes when I turn it on instead of 3 and 69 min. Help!!! I love this thing, best, warmest and largest heating pad I’ve ever had. I’m wondering if it got bounced around being delivered in the box it came instead of inside another one. I hate returning things. My water kettle and milk whipper( that’s not what it’s called were broke when I purchased them. With the milk whipper I hit it a little against the wall and it worked on one setting for two weeks then worked normally from then on. Still working. You need to package things better. It’s got to be a nuisance for you and for the customer . I live in a small town and hate driving two and a half hours to buy things. But, this isn’t working out. Anything I can do to the heating pad to get it to work?????

It's a little early to rate this product, but Amazon wants us to rate products as quickly as possible. For some products, that makes sense. So I'm giving this a probationary rating of 5 stars. I've used it once, and it worked well. A half hour before bedtime, I plugged it in, put it on the highest setting (6), and set it to shut off after 1/2 hour. It shut off after 1/2 hour and the bed was cozy. I set it aside on a chair, as I don't like to sleep with electric devices in bed.The highest setting was pretty warm, not as hot as my ancient heating pad that could probably cook a turkey, but warm enough to be very comfortable. It would be too warm to sleep at that temperature all night. If I were to use it as a lap robe while I sit and read on cold days, I would probably want it set at around 3, maybe 4. So far, so good. Will revise this review if things go sideways.

This is a great heating pad. It is very large and covers my hole back. It is very light and easy to use in many different ways. It’s super soft and the heat levels are great. I would recommend this heating pad to everyone. Great!!

I loved this heating pad at first. It gets really hot and feels amazing. The day after my 30 day warranty is up, it stopped working and all the troubleshooting I found did not resolve the issue so now I have a heating pad that does not work at all. I have read a lot of reviews saying the same thing. Flashing 8 on the screen and it won’t get hot

Bought this heating pad in October 2024 and it quit working February 2025. Worked great for 4 months then quit. Display started flashing. Have contacted company. If they help me on this purchase I will change my review.As a person true to my word. I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. The company contacted me about the problem I was having with the heating pad. Ask me some questions, had me do some troubleshooting and within a couple of days issued me a full refund and apologized for their product not meeting their expectations and are going to try and determine why it failed in such a short period of time.So even though the product failed so soon after purchase I’m still going to give them a 5 Star review because of their concerns for product reliability and customer satisfaction. My opinion they went out of their way to make things right and was very courteous and apologetic.

UPDATE: There was no "contact seller" button so Amazon told me to return the item. The seller has reached out and offered a new heating pad and a refund, but I've already replaced it with something else. I've changed my rating from a 3 to a 4 star.This heating pad was a great size for what I wanted it to do, however it kept getting error messages and blinking lights even when I turned the power off multiple times. I tried to reach out to the seller and also looked online for solutions since there was no booklet that addressed error codes. Finally decided to just return it.

I love the size, and the softness! BUT I was laying on it one evening before I decided to get up to go take a bath and in the mirror, I noticed significant red marks (mimicking the heat element of the pad) down my entire back. From shoulders to buttocks. It was then that I realized I probably had it on too high of a heat setting and started paying more attention to what level I could tolerate. I was kinda surprised that I could only tolerate it on level 1 since I am a one of those millennials that sleep with an emotional support heating pad every night on high. Today when I was changing my bedding I noticed that it melted the mattress protector and our mattress 🥴 so I came here to see if there were any other reviews with similar issues and I see there are a couple others. Not sure if this is a defective heating pad or a regular occurrence with this particular brand of heating pad.
