This is the first external ssd I've bought, and all I can say is" excellent ", in terms of size, it's no bigger than a 10 cigarette packet, remember them?.Installation is a breeze , it comes with a usb lead, that will fit most phones, samsungs at least as that the phone I use, so can't confirm it'll work with all phones.I only use it with my laptop though, and for that I used the supplied adapter enabling me to use the USB port on the laptop.As stated Installation was a breeze, I use windows 10 64bit and the computer immediately recognised the drive and opened the explorer window.Windows 7 to 11 64bit are acceptable the included leaflet states.Also the option to 256bit encryption is offered with encryption software on the device , bearing in mind the data encrypted may be vital to other software your computer accesses, be careful what you encrypt.Speed is quoted as 1080mbs, well it may be, its certainly fast, its my fastest drive.As I've had it for three weeks I can't give any assurance about its long-term reliability, thus far there haven't been any issues.I would certainly recommend anyone wanting a ssd to consider Lex, 1tb, 2tb, 4tb, are available.

A good SSD, fast and efficient. Had it just over a year and still going strong.Plenty of storage capacity.Doesn't get overly hot when under heavy use.Loses one star due to the fact if you slightly knock it or move it during use it loses connection.8/10

Super fast, comes with a good quality (although short) USB C to C cable. It was easy to connect to both Samsung phone and Windows laptop. Great portability- I couldn't believe how small and light it was! The capacity is huge- the 1TB version has more than enough space for my daughter's photos. Blazing fast read and write speeds at 1000MB/s made moving and copying thousands of photos and videos a breeze!I am extremely pleased with this product and confident it will last many years.

A very nice looking, effective and (so far) reliable external SSD. Just plugs in with one USB connection, format to whatever you need it for (for me it's principally for music and other media) and you're set and running. The drive generates a tiny bit of heat when in heavy use, nothing excessive, and is silent whilst doing so. It's very fast for both read and write and comes in a smart brushed aluminium casing, altogether an excellent product, worth every penny and I'd gladly buy again should I need another.

SSD just arrived and plugged in to my Asus Vivobook.Nothing was showed up alongside the C: drive which was a bit concerning.After a quick Google, I had to go in to disk management and assign a drive letter which I've never had to do with a USB drive before but all is good within a few minutes.I've just copied 178Gb over to it in about 9 minutes. Transfer rate peaked at 500Mb per second.I doubt I'll need to do as much as that again. I needed to clear space from my C: drive.Someone complained about the cable not being USB C to C.The USB A connector is an adapter. Just pull it off.Overall a good SSD drive.

Ya he comprado dos veces este producto, que utilizo para conservar copias de mi archivo fotográfico y de vídeo. El primero ya tiene casi un año de uso diario y no me ha defraudado. Totalmente satisfecho en capacidad, prestaciones i velocidad de lectura/escritura; he podido editar imágenes directamente desde el SSD externo sin problemas. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré a comprarlo para seguir conservando y ampliando las copias de mi archivo.

Geweldig en snel up en download v data. Ook handig om te koppelen aan telefoon en snel aal fotos en flimpjes extra veilig te stellen. Effe los vd cloud uiteraard.

J’utilise ce disque dur externe SSD Lexar de 1 To en sauvegarde Time Machine avec mon Mac, et j’en suis vraiment très satisfait. Il est super compact, ce qui le rend facile à transporter, et il est livré avec un câble USB-C ainsi qu’un adaptateur USB-A, ce qui est très pratique pour une compatibilité maximale.La vitesse de lecture et d’écriture est impressionnante, ce qui rend les sauvegardes rapides et fiables. Lexar est une marque reconnue dans le domaine du stockage, ce qui est un vrai gage de qualité et de sécurité pour mes données.Honnêtement, pas besoin de chercher une autre marque moins chère de quelques euros, le risque de perdre vos données ne vaut pas la peine.
