What material are the faux pills made of?

I believe a thin plastic. Cutest gift but you need to write small.

Does it come with the blue ribbon bow on the jar?

Mine didn't but it's still extremley cute and comes in really cute gift boxes. So no blue ribbon but I don't think it's a deal breaker :)

Do you have to write your saying on the paper or does it already have a saying on it?

All the papers are blank so you will have to handwrite anything you want on all of them which made more special when I gave it to my sister for Christmas ❤️
