Best cover album I've ever heard!! Lady Gaga has taken this to a whole another level, She can do jazz,pop, rock and more She very amazing at what she does.

Lady Gaga – Harlequin (Interscope) Adapting the title of the CD from Lady Gaga’s character in “Joker: Folie a Deux” (Harley Quinn), Gaga essentially takes on the musical personality of Lee (Harley)and her work with Tony Bennett and delivers an album, not of pop or rock, but of the jazz standards and style of Tony and others of his subgenre. And, in the process, paying homage to her time with and the love of Mr. Bennett. And what a performance! Sounding much like Judy Garland and mostly taking songs from the Joker film, it is not just a nostalgic look back at the big band jazz of the middle of the last century; it is a revitalization of the genre. She is at her best when the jazzy arrangements are playing in the style of the great big bands of the forties (Dorsey, Miller, Goodman). The sole song where she tries to update the sound (“Joker”) to include the hard guitar of the 21st century ends up being the weakest song on the album. The traditional style suits her best. And her voice is stunning. Doing her pop work, one doesn’t realize what a remarkable voice she has. This genre allows us to truly appreciate what a remarkable set of pipes she has been blessed with. It truly is Harley Quinn rather than the Lady we have heard in the past, but the Gaga of her CDs jointly released with the fabulous Tony. (5 stars out of 5) MC Mahan

Got the red LP, great quality, no audio issues, the album itself is a 12 out of 10 with some of Gaga's best vocals and performances.

Loved the different tempos and interpretations used by Lady Gaga for these classic songs, even the French lines for Chaplin's "Smile", and the masculine pronounced name of Hugh instead of you used in a couple of songs - a touch of Gaga's subliminal humour perhaps??
