Hand chipped English flints throw a hot spark. 3/4in size fits most muzzleloaders. 3/4in will be shipped unless 5/8in specified.

Good sparks but runs small
These flints are undersized. Only one of them was big enough to fit in my pistol's jaws. It does give very good sparks. Next time I will order 3/4 size instead of 5/8.

Great flints.
These flints are sized just right for my Pennsylvania long rifle. They spark very well when they drop on the frizzen and always set off the priming powder. I bought more to have on hand.They are about 5/8th of an inch wide and fit nicely in the clamps on the hammer of a flintlock.

Very tiny. No good for flint and steel.
Not quite what I was expecting. The add claims they are useable for flint and steel. These 4 pieces are smaller then my thumbnail. Not useable for anything but collecting or for a flintlock rifle.
