It works fine as a replacement for the original Mac battery
Compared to the other Apple battery substitutions, this one had a fair price - although the price was a little higher than some of the other imported batteries listed, this one got the best reviews overall and I can see why - the installation was very easy and it has been working great keeping my MacBook Pro fully charged.

So far this battery is working well. Have not tested the longevity of the charge yet but it fits well and seems to be just what I needed at a fraction of the Apple price.

Product came on time and was very happy with the product! The charge hold very well and usually last me about 4 to 5 hours especially on a old MacBook like mine! I recommend this battery to anyone looking for a good battery at a good price!

Please note: As of Sept. 22, 2020 - battery encasement is PLASTIC. NOT Aluminum.
As of Sept. 22, 2020 - this battery encasement is PLASTIC.I had a problem with this battery as the encasement is PLASTIC. NOT ALUMINUM. There are questions being answered in the FAQ section where seller answers that this item has an aluminum casing. THIS IS NOT CORRECT.The battery I received is NOT aluminum, and does NOT fit into the computer casing. It bulges outward and the locks do not clip on. Seller provides return or refund service. Please be aware of this before buying. Cannot tell how long this item will last, as it was not as advertised from the start.Can't agree with deceptive marketing practices...Good luck!

Worked great!!
Was looking for a replacement for my older MacBook Pro. The original Apple battery basically exploded on me, so I really didn't care if I got an OEM replacement.Battery arrived quickly, installed perfectly and is holding a charge like new. Happy with purchase.
