I've just edited a quick gallery for a customer. I've been diagnosed with ADHD and I'm fairly sure there is autism blowing around for me too. This has made the past 14+ years as a wedding photographer a bit of mental struggle when it comes to editing. Whilst I haven't managed to suss if I can use this to apply presets to images, I have to say the mental relief of not making tiny micro adjustments to sliders and being free to just turn a big dial that operates super smoothly, has been a huge and instant relief. I'd been really skeptical about this. The reviews dotted around can be really quite poor - Amazon even mention this is a frequently returned item. Maybe something is fixed. Maybe I'm lucky. So far it's done exactly what I needed and expected of it. Really impressed.

It's a good product. The buttons item is quite handy as it can be programmed for any app. The dial, however, disconnects for a few seconds at a time here and there. It can be a bit inconvenient. I do like it overall but something to keep in mind.

I spend most of my day at a computer, so having a console device like this can just make the repetitive, mundane tasks that little bit easier. Setting up the console device was a bit tedious, but it has been well worth it. It was lots of trial and error to get things set up exactly how I wanted, but for me now, the consoles have become an extension of my keyboard that I would struggle without. Having shortcuts that open selected files/folders/apps has been extremely handy, and has made working on my computer that little bit easier. In terms of physical quality, I'd say the console devices feel quite premium. The console devices don't feel flimsy, and all the buttons/dial/keys have a satisfying input feel. They're very responsive too, so I'm very impressed with the quality. It's fair to say that this console device isn't a cheap bit of kit, and it won't be for everyone. However, I personally can see the value in this console, so I would recommend it!

Bought this off the back of it having 'Adobe Creative Apps' integration, it does - unless you use InDesign, or Acrobat, then theres no profiles for them. Either wait until they are supported if you use them or better still don't give your money to lying shysters like Logitech

I was really excited to try out the Logitech MX Creative Console as I often work with graphic design and video editing software. The idea of having programmable LCD keys and a control dial sounded like a great way to speed up my workflow. The build quality is solid, with a premium feel that makes it look and feel like a professional tool. The tactile analogue control dial is especially impressive—it's smooth, precise, and feels great to use for adjusting brush sizes, zooming in and out, or scrubbing through video timelines. So a good thing is that this console is its native integration with Adobe apps like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. The recommended profiles are a nice touch, allowing you to get started quickly without having to set everything up from scratch. The LCD keys are bright and clear, and being able to customize them with different icons makes it easy to organize shortcuts visually. The programmable keypad is also a fantastic addition, allowing me to set up custom tools for different tasks. But something made my experience frustrating at times. The biggest issue for me was the lack of proper app support. While it’s advertised to work with many creative apps, I found that some actions didn’t function as expected or required extra configuration. The Logi Options+ app doesn’t offer much flexibility in customizing certain features, and the marketplace isn’t as extensive as I had hoped. Another issue is that it’s not as intuitive to use as I expected. There’s a learning curve, and while the LCD keys look great, they don’t always respond smoothly, making it feel less fluid than it should be. The dial and roller are excellent, but some users might find them a bit too sensitive at times. Although it has great potential for creative professionals, especially those using Adobe software. However, the difficult setup and limited app support make it a bit frustrating. If Logitech improves software integration and ease of use, this could be an essential tool for designers and editors.

expensive for what it is, but it’s an excellent gadget if you’re a geek and spend a lot of time at a desk I use the macro pad more than the scroll wheels but both are good

Firstly, the complete lack of plugins is an absolute embarrassment, particularly given their marketing which stressed this feature. When I went to the marketplace and saw the pathetic offering I was genuinely shocked. Perhaps because I also own an elgato stream deck and expected, given logitechs prestige, a similar array of plugins. Having to create my own shortcuts from scratch for each app profile ended up being a long, convoluted process, made even more convoluted by the ui which is far from being intuitive and simple. On the plus side, they copied a fair amount from elgatos ui which aided my learning curve, and the software is quite snappy compared to elgatos which can often get bogged down. This might be because of the complete lack of plugins to install though which makes it "lightweight" I suppose. The hardware is at least good, well constructed, looks great, controls are responsive, and it has done everything I have asked of it so far, although I don’t have many profiles set up. Ye true test will come when I have many plugins installed with many profiles containing many pages of shortcuts. Hopefully it will be just as responsive The lack of plugins genuinely disappointed me and I feel kind of misled so I cannot recommend this product. If they can provide at least 10 times more plugins, then together with the impressive hardware it might be a good purchase, but until then you are WAY better off with the original, and the best - elgatos stream deck

At £199.99, it’s definitely an investment — but if you’re a daily creative or multitasker, the time it saves makes it absolutely worthwhile.
