What can I say, these are a god send when you have a sore throat. I don't use anything else. When I wake up at night I am so glad to have these right next to me, it helps me get back to sleep. Also in the office, gives me a good bit of relief before going into a meeting or talking on the phone. Good seller. Highly recommend

Very soothing
