Great value and great rebound workouts
I am really pleased with my purchase. This is a great value DVD with 3 very different workouts - all very easy to compete. One of the workouts is done with using the handle bar which was a great starter for me. The other two are extremely good fun and motivating. I've joined their online bounce and burn video membership also as there are loads more fantastic workout to choose from and I can stream these when I am away on business. Its worth mentioning that using a good mini trampoline will also make the workouts more enjoyable. I had a cheap trampoline before and you get a completely different experience. You definitely sweat more and burn more calories doing these workouts on a good rebounder. I bought a new bounce and burn rebounder and it feels so nice to bounce on. These workouts have really improved my fitness and I can see much better muscle tone now. I am now ready to move to the next level of rebound workouts I think!! Very pleased and can recommend for anyone new to exercise or rebounding.

Keeping fit has never been such fun
I wanted a way of keeping fit at home as I neither have the time or money to commit to gym membership.So glad I found out about rebounding, I love it.The beginners bounce trampoline dvd is so good. Its split into three different programmes, each lasting varying duration, depending on the time you have. A stability bar is needed for one programme.The exercises are well explained & easy to follow, & such fun.Even though you get a really good workout there is no pressure on your knee or hip joints because the trampoline cushions you when jumping.I really recomend this for anyone regardless of age or fitness.

Very very easy to follow
Its easy to follow quick to pick up and even if you lose sync whilst bouncing its so easy to pick up again.Im loving this bouncing and this DVD is just excellent at giving you confidence . Its not a tutorial that loses you after a warm up it just stays on a steady level and keeps you interested. I reached the end of the workout and it did not feel like I have been bouncing or working out for an hour !Would I recommend - Definatley

Keep Fit With Anika
Very impressed with the DVD exercises, a of them are easy to do. My favourite one is with Anika with the bar, very good if your beginner to rebounding.I've lost 11 pounds in my first week of rebounding. So far, I've lost almost 3st in weight.
