Mobility Edge (4"x3") Stainless Steel IASTM Tool

I purchased this Mobility EDGE on the suggestion of my physical therapist who's been practicing 25 years.I am recovering from a leg injury and I'm trying to avoid developing adhesions and permanent scar tissue. As suggested, I run the sharp edge gently along the muscles. It's a nice addition to stretching and foam rolling.The EDGE itself is well-made and durable. Would definitely recommend.

Great tool for a great price. The only caveat being is that there is no hard edge, a 90 degree edge, on the tool. If you feel this is a requirement for your use, then this tool is not for you. I find it to be just fine for breaking up scar tissue, muscles, etc.

Excellent quality. Great positioning for fingers to fit through. Helps me work on my Achilles and quads.

This tool is beautiful, smaller than my physical therapist's, but just as well made. The only problem is I need my husband to work the shoulder/neck area and he needs training. So, in the meantime he benefits while I show him where to move it along. I hope he's a quick learner.

This is a gift for my son-in-law who is a massage therapist. He was happy to receive this.
