Depends on how severe your symptoms happen to be at the time. If you're taking this for acne, you follow the instructions and decrease as you see improvement. In addition, you should follow a cleaning routine that is specific to your skin condition as well as paying attention to what foods aggrevate it more and limiting your intake of those foods.. This alone will not work - it's about taking care of your skin from the inside out.

Q: How much time it take to show some difference.? I have adult acne

I think it will vary in each person. My 21, 17, and 14yr olds all use it and can see a difference in about five days or sooner. Being teenagers they are not consistent so they start up on it again a lot. The great thing is my 21yr old had acne scares from his teen age years and this actually healed most of them and what is there you can barely see. This took longer. One day I just happen to notice it. Hope this helped.

I never changed strength. Just number of tablets each time or frequency of use. Depends on the individual
