Q: are they made of stainless steel??

Not sure but I love themU can turn. Them over and use them for cooling racks

Q: OK it says that these racks are 16" X 13" X 15". Can somebody post the real size of the racks?

What I measured was 15" long x 11 1/8" wide x 7/8" high. They work great in my Bradley Smoker as I put them upside down on top of the main Bradley racks and you instantly double your smoking capacity.

Q: Will these racks work in a Materbuilt 30" smoker?

The dimensions of the rack is 15" by 11". I don't own a master built smoker so I don't know if they will fit inside.

Q: Besides the raised sides, what's the difference between these and cookie cooling racks?

There really is no other difference, in fact cookie sheets should work fine if you have the right size
