The media could not be loaded. Just took this electric scooter for a spin and it's been quite the ride. That 500W motor is no joke, zipped up hills I used to dread on my old kick scooter. The 10-inch tires handle bumpy sidewalks like a champ, way smoother than I expected. That double suspension is nice, didn't feel like my teeth were chattering over every crack. The app control is pretty slick, being able to lock it from my phone gives some peace of mind. Now for the slightly less smooth bits - while it's powerful, it's also pretty heavy. Might be a struggle carrying it up stairs if you live in a walk-up. The battery life is good but not quite the full 22 miles if you're really pushing it. The folding mechanism is sturdy but can be a bit stiff, takes some muscle to collapse it. It's great for commuting but might be overkill if you're just scooting around the block. If you're looking to ditch public transit or just want a fun way to get around town, this scooter could be worth a ride. It's definitely made my commute more enjoyable, even if it's not quite as portable as I'd hoped. Great for urban dwellers or anyone with a medium-distance commute. While it might not replace a car for everyone, it's certainly upped my personal transportation game. This scooter is easy to setup and use. It has sturdy frame and wheels and supports a smooth ride, while the lightweight and foldable design allows for easy transport and storage. Battery life is also long.

Just got this scooter a few days ago and I've been having a lot of fun testing it out. For full disclosure, I weigh about 180#'s and live in an area with a lot of hills.The scooter arrived in perfect condition and well packed. Assembly was a breeze, just two screws to attach the handle bars with the supplied allen wrench. They provide two more wrenches to tighten the other screws on the scooter. It took about the 5 hours (they call this a 'fast charge'?) they claim to charge the battery and the power brick has an indicator light to let you know when it's fully charged.The scooter folds for easy transport, but it weighs nearly 30 pounds, so you're probably not going to want to carry it very far. That said, it was an easy fit in the trunk of my VW.The scooter was easy to ride, even for an old guy who's not been on a scooter for a while. It has very simple controls - an accelerator which powers the front wheel, a manual break on the back wheel controlled by a handgrip just like on a bike, and a little bell. It's also got a front and back light.Pros:- Pretty zippy on flat terrain- Easy to control, even has a cruise control function that automatically turns off if you brake or accelerate- Has an okay app that allows you to connect to the scooter via bluetooth. With the app you can turn on features like the cruise control, lock the scooter or find its location. If you're willing to create an account, you can track your travels/distance/speed. The app will also give you a slightly better idea of the remaining battery chargeCons:- Not much in the way of shock absorption, and the solid tires, while saving on any flats, give a pretty jarring ride. Riding on rough pavement is pretty sketchy and potentially dangerous- Max speed I got out of the scooter on a flat street was 17 MPH. Not a speed daemon- The 350 watt motor is underpowered for almost any kind of hill. Speed drops immediately with any slope and at or before that 15% slope, the scooter basically just stops- The light is just about worthless. It illuminates maybe 15' in front of you which means you'd need to be going really slow to see something and react to it- They claim a 22 mile range, but that's in their dreams. I'd say 12-15 under any but the most ideal conditionsThis is a decent, low cost scooter that's probably best suited to cites or flat terrain on sidewalks or well paved streets

I recently got the Qlaway E Scooter for my niece who’s in college in NYC. The scooter is incredibly lightweight, which is a huge plus because she can easily pick it up and carry it onto the subway or up to her apartment without any hassle.What really stands out is the speed control—it's very smooth and keeps her feeling safe, especially when navigating busy city streets. It's fast enough to cut down on her commute time but not so fast that it feels unsafe. The tires grip well, and she's found it handles both good and rougher pavements pretty confidently.She's been using it daily to get to classes and meet friends across town, and she tells me the battery lasts a surprisingly long time. Charging it is quick and easy, which is perfect for her schedule.

The screws to attach the handles are t15 and they used 4 screws, but in the week of owning it I’ve already tightened them so many times they are now stripped and almost defective. All main screws need to be baby sat and attended before each ride in my honest opinion, I’ve been riding it and they break loose and the wheel position changes and unalignes with the handles. Like a cheap scooter would, the parts that can’t be tightened right where it spins is also loose and that can’t be changed at all, it can push forward and backward giving to much room to move, hence the screws coming loose 24/7. Battery life is great no complaints I only use sport mode max speed is 15mph for there cheaper one. Brakes are insanely touchy and randomly grip the disc brake to hard and sLAM you to a stop, begins to wear you out quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend dual breaking for anyone in a city! Don’t even risk it on some of these hills very sporadic, works fine, but sporadic. Good beginner scooter if you’re fine with possibly locktite/permantly installing the screws, due to maintenance I don’t like that idea. One star because other scooters for less do not suffer these little problems. Hope they update there screw design to think about the shock and vibration levels those screws go through 😅
