After setting it up it turned off in the first 10 minutes. When I tried to sign back in it had forgotten my PIN which I had entered only minutes earlier. I had to do a factory reset and use a different PIN. I bought it for bluetooth capability. Bluetooth will not connect with devices. It will scan and find them, but will not connect. The touch screen is almost impossible to use. Sometimes it doesn't register a tap, other times it enters one tap 2 to 3 times. One area takes over 20 taps to ever get it to register.

The media could not be loaded. The 10-inch screen is vibrant and perfect for streaming. Thanks to its Widevine L1 compatibility, my child can enjoy HD content on platforms like Netflix without any issues.My kid absolutely loves this tablet! This is a decent, ++cheap++ tablet to drag around your home instead of your phone. You may want to consider buying screen protector and case for it. Information transfer from phone was very fast, no issues. Overall it's good for casual browsing and games. My Android phone is a bit faster, but again this tablet is a bargain.

Upon opening there was a permanent small scratch on the inside of the screen on the bottom corner, not good for first impressions.The tablet supposedly has 6500mAh battery yet my phone which has a 5000mAh battery lasts nearly twice as long, so something is off there.The tablet also kind of lags behind despite having 8gb RAM and sometimes randomly shuts off. Like completely powers off and I have to restart it just to see it was at 70% battery still. And when I restart it, my previous settings are not saved. So when I turn off the clicking sounds in the settings and restart the tablet, the clicking sounds come back on. Not sure what that's about.The tablet is heavy which is to be expected, and can get pretty warm when running YouTube or games which can cause you to feel uncomfortable after a while. Probably the excess radiation?Overall the tablet is a nice size, gets the job done (even if barely) and was nice and cheap. So if you can't afford anything better, this is a good option.

My daughter needed a new tablet because hers was running real slow. It was nicely packaged & secure. The images are so clear & colorful. The wifi is great. She likes to download & stream movies & it has great download capacity. Very easy to use & set up

I hate when I take a chance on these tablets. It's not a big name and it's not a high end tablet. I understand that. However, I was hoping for one that wasn't glitchy, slow and problematic.I'm using it for general gaming such as jigsaw puzzles, casino games, Tik Tok, stuff like that and this can't handle it. Simple videos are laggy, it takes forever to download games. Any normal functions like exiting one app and opening another is painfully slow.I should've returned it but I didn't know it was going to be this bad.

I am very satisfied with this tablet. I have had no problems with it at all and i've had it for a little while now. It is super light weight yet large enough to do what you need to do. The screen has a great picture. Runs fast and has had no lagging. I've done all the regular things and have played several different games with it and it's all been great. It's lightweight, sleek and I'm very satisfied with it so far.
