I was so excited for this product and I would still recommend trying it. I downgraded to 3 stars because the packaging was open when I received it. I didn’t return it because none of the individual sticks was missing. The taste is okay, better than I was expecting. I love the nutrients in it and how refueling it is for the body.

Taste is way too strong and it’s a big disappointment. The advertisement claims it can help lower cortisol, improve sleep and reduce puffiness. I found it didn’t really do any of that. Big waste of money,

I love the flavor of this. Really delicious and not too sweet. Mixed easily with a shaker bottle and it works!! I slept like a baby but didn't feel groggy.

It was good for improving my immune system. I could sleep well after having this! The tastes are absolutely better than the other things. I highly recommend this.
