The roller is a bit firm. If you're a heavy person it will be a bit uncomfortable to use, but it really works. I hadn't realized my shoulder pain was stemming from my lats. This relived the pain almost instantly.

I have always just used a regular smooth foam roller but wanted to try something that had somewhat is a trigger point sensation. This helps, I kinda went overboard and gave myself bruises on some parts of my body but it’s okay, it was worth it for the pain relief I received

This roller feels like a good size. The raised texture gives a super deep tissue massage. At first I had a difficult time with this roller as it hurt to roll on, but once I perfected the rolling process, it left me with a satisfying muscle massage.

I love this roller! I’ve been lifting a lot more lately and needed a roller for stretching and rolling out sore muscles. The color of this one was actually stylish and the grooves are just right for helping hit those target areas with sore muscles. It’s also a great size to lay on and do arm stretches after an arm workout and is sturdy enough to hold the weight. I’ve loved this little addition to my home gym.

I have never used a foam roller before and I was expecting something a bit softer. This roller is very hard and firm. At times it’s a little painful to use because it very hard.

This is well made, but is rather painful to use if you have your body weight on it.
