Stopped working after 3 days
After 3 days of minimal use in the sleep mode I heard a rattling noise then it just stopped working. Tank was nowhere near full nothing had happened to cause an issue it just stopped working. Very frustrating because I really need a reliable solution for my bathroom.

I stuck it in my bedroom when the humidity gets high and it does a decent job for what it is. I originally wanted something with a humidity display on it, but this was cheaper and had better reviews than the low end units like that - so I decided that getting water out of the air was the important thing and this fits the bill. it's quiet and the lights are easy to turn off so that's a bonus too. it doesn't pull a ton of water so you might need something bigger for a larger or more damp space.

Product worked great until it didn’t
Product work great. I have had it for 3 months and it just quit. No reason why.The trouble shooting did not help at all. Next time I will order a different brand

Small but kicks butt!
Got this for our master bathroom in the home we are renting. It’s so humid and the ventilation is bad plus the AC vent doesn’t blow strong at all. Had a feeling that there is just too much moisture. I got this thing and put it in the bathroom and I’m in disbelief that I get 2 inches of water each day!It’s been a month and this is a solid machine. It’s on 24/7 without any issues.
