I got this over the glucose goddess pills, since these were cheaper and double the amount you get, plus no added caca like the other ones. These do great. I have lost weight effortlessly and no adverse reactions, if anyone is concerned about that. I am very happy with my results and I can feel and see the difference when I take them.

It contains many of the same ingredients found in Glucose Goddess Anti-Spike Formula and Lemme Curb, but it comes with double the capsules at a fraction of the price. I thought for sure after reading reviews that this would help at least a little and NO it does not.... I am not a huge daily carb eater but thought I could give this a try when I do cheat and have carbs and a simple english muffin still spiked me over 200 when I took 2 before I ate this muffin! NO HELP AT ALL

I battle cravings that seem to drive me crazy at times, this totally put a stop to those the second I started taking it. I also noticed that it helps me feel fuller and not as hungry, and Ive even lost a few pounds! I also love doing intermittent fasting and it's helped me fast much easier during the day. As a long time Type 1 Diabetic spikes in blood sugar is something you desperately try to control. Of course, there are a few methods to do so. They just have variations of effective. Now, this is not the panacea. It is not the cure all. It does help greatly. Please, be sure to follow whatever instructions you have been given by your Dr. and the reset of your medical team. Just know that you have a little bit of help in the struggle involved keeping your A1C in range.You'll take it with every meal and make sure to take it at least 10 minutes before you eat if you can. You will see results.

The active ingredients in this formula are ones that are purported to support blood sugar levels, so one doesn't have that roller coaster during the day of snacking, getting hungry... then snacking again. I do not notice any change in appetite overall, but I do not crash as much after eating a carb heavy meal, so I believe this helps with supporting the body in getting rid of some excess carbs. I do not want to pay $40 for a product that doesn't at least help a little bit with weight loss while eating a clean & low carb diet though.

I'm not sure what this does exactly, but I don't feel like falling asleep immediately after a meal like I do when I don't take this.

LEVEL OFFThis is primarily a review that I do for myself prior to taking any kind of supplement, because I’m a bit of a skeptic and like to know a bit about who’s making the capsules that I’m ingesting.Transparency: Palmera Health (previously known as Nature's Cure Labs) and has trademark activity dating to 2021 and it’s a certified minority owned company. Per one online magazine the company was founded in 2015. On their website one can learn about their team of 4 doctors and 2 pharmacists.Accountability: Their website includes a timeline and indicates the company has won 40+ industry awards. They identify where their companies and warehouses are (all US based). They claim their products are made under Current good Manufacturing Practices and that their ingredients are from companies they have relationships with that provide Certificates of Analysis. They claim that “All finished products are tested twice - once by an in-house lab, and again by an external accredited third party laboratory.”Quality: These are a two month supply of low scent medium small capsules. The instructions say to take them before a meal. The label also says that each serving contains 250mg white mulberry, 250 mg lemon peel extract. 85 mg cinnamon extract, and 180 mg of a proprietary blend of vegetable extracts. (I learned a bit about white mulberry online at Web MD).
