Benign Shark
This vacuum cleaner is an absolute delight to use. The suction is excellent and it is so light and mobile that hoovering is now a delight rather than a chore. The compact nature of it for storage is another plus. Despite it's lightness ,it still is very solid and comfortable in the hand and there is no weakness or flimsiness about it unlike some heavier marques. I would say the second battery is essential rather than an extra if you have a medium to large house and wish to hoover it in one go. By far the best vacuum cleaner ,I have ever used and had to good fortune to purchase. I would highly recommend it.

If you're thinking about buying a Shark duo Clean..........DO IT.....YOU WON'T REGRET IT 😊
This is an awesome vacuum cleaner. I'd always had Dyson but the latest one I bought for £250 was awful, I've suffered it for 2 years and now it's history. The Shark duo Clean is amazing, very light, really easy to manouver, the attachments are great, cordless had held makes everything so much easier. I have one with true pet which is fab for the stairs. I can vacuum my whole house a 3 bed semi, with 2 dogs 2 cats, a manchild & 2 messy boys 😜 in less than half an hour. I'd recommend 2 batteries though, if you use it on full power, which I do it drains in around 15 minutes but it's so quick to get the job done it's not a problem. Easy to empty. Nothing at all bad to say about it. If you're considering it, go for it. Yes they're expensive but totally worth every penny and buy from Amazon as there are some amazing deals to be had 😁

100% better than a Dyson!!!!
I am compelled to write a review about my new Shark cordless Vacuum and this is why…………..I spent so long debating which vacuum to buy, cordless, corded, Shark, Vax (Dyson Hell no) Why?Last year I spent over £300 on a Dyson thinking it was the best of the best, Easy to maneuver, lightweight, never losses suction, all lies.My stupid Dyson upright has been sitting in my front room for the past 5 months as it no longer sucks anything up , it’s so heavy and the stupid ball design does not help. Hence the Shark vacuum purchase. This little cordless vacuum is amazing:1. It really does pick up everything, hair, dust, cereals and computer cables so be careful.2. The lights on the front are a great idea as you can see under any piece of furniture.3. The bend in the middle makes it very easy to clean under stuff and it can even go under a 10cm gap.4. Very light weight5. unbelievably easy to maneuver.6. Quick and easy battery change. Quick and easy to empty bin.7. Comes with good attachments, small head, long wand etc.8. And best of all is the motorized pet brush. I have 2 very hairy Dogs, pointer/border collie mix and they shed hair like you would not believe. The motorized brush head grabs up all their hairs from the rugs and sofa. AMAZING..So if you are thinking which vacuum to buy, think no more. This vacuum is truly SHARK BRILLANT…..P.S I normally never write reviews

Lots of good points but also bad ones
Love lots about it ,but still not sure if it’s not to send it back ! I have a husky and the hair gets stuck up the tube all the time! I struggle every time I use it hair gets stuck round the little wheels the rotator everywhere ! I have to get scissors to cut hair away ,if it wasn’t advertised as a pet hoover it wouldn’t be such a problem but it’s made for this also if we use it on the highest suction it literally lasts for 4/5 minutes before it over heats ! Very happy with style and design
Expensive but worth it for ease of use and flexability.... Two things... battery doesnt last for as long as stated but i still have time on high power to vacuum whole house with 9 rooms and stairs.... secondly.... not really suitable on very deep rugs ( almost ribbons to be fair) as it keeps registering as blocked and needs reset. On normal carpets, rugs and wood flooring in works perfectly. Hoovering doesn't seem so much as a chore. Nice that you dont have to charge it on a wall as batteries are charged on their own docking station which can be hidden away . Design of reservoir means i have to empty after every use but i am happy to do that and its so easy. Very light as motor is small and in the handle. Goes flat enough with out even using special folding feature to hoover under sofas and beds.

Tricky to empty and put on attachments and won’t stand up
I am fed up with having to ask my husband to disconnect motor from base as despite greasing the joint I cannot detach. You have to press the wand release button and twist or pull so you can only do this with one hand. Also machine will not stay upright on its own so if you want to move something to hoover underneath you have to put it on the floor. Similarly, the button to empty the dust is difficult to do with one hand. The vacuum is very light and the power lasts ok. I am just really annoyed that the buttons were designed badly and it won’t stand up - bad backs and arthritic hands beware!

Good in parts
Picks up well including husky fur stuck to carpet ,smaller than I imagined but ok. The folding handle joint feels very weak and feeble and the wheels are like something off a child's cheap toy,not what you expect for £371. Got 5 year warranty so will have to see what it lasts like.
