Good product ,works well, my recommendation is to use it 1st without the steam then turn steam on so animal doesn't get scared of tge steam

Cat is afraid of it.
No matter if I turn the mister on when it is on my cat or before using it, she takes off like a rocket. When I use it without the mister, she is fine but it doesn't do a good job, hair flies everywhere and what does stick to the brush is hard to remove due to static. Wasted my money.

It really gets the hair off
The only thing is you have to get your cat used of is the mist that it puts out some cats but mines. He slowly enjoys it. It's a great tool for brushing 😺😸

it broke on first use
This is a poor product. It broke and the button stuck the first time I used it.I would love to get my money back (or a new working product).No stars.
