Item arrived inside a plain brown Jiffy bag, Not so great with the packaging then. Took item out, and first impressions, bit disappointed and looking a tad on the cheap side. I checked the bag, but no instructions , Not that it is that difficult to work out how it get put together and mounted, but would be nice to have a wee bit of help.The printed text would appear a sticker, not as suggested engraved as one person has answered. We will see how they last with the Scottish winters !!was easy enough to put up, two raw plugs supplied and screws also. Took me about 15 minutes (including hunting for drill and bits)Overall not too bad but I somehow expected something a wee bit more up market..may just be me then

Absolutely love this product. Ordered on A Thursday late at night, dispatched by Friday, delivery Saturday. Personalised perfectly and the graphics were so pretty! I ordered to put on my house so people know clearly where to come to for house viewings, Now I'm jealous because I want to keep it! I shall definitely buy one for my new address too!Looks easy to put up and I'm confident it will add a little touch off class to my 105 ish year old house. Had an issue re customising on order, sent an email after ordering no problem. Delivered quickly. Easy to fix on the wall ok so no instructions but anybody with common sense should be able to work it out. It did not take me five minutes after I got over the trickiest part drilling the holes and making sure they were level. Pebble exterior so chips flipped the drill so teeny weeny skewed. Anyway looks great matches the colour of the door and very very happy

Ordered and fitted this 9 months ago. It is on a wall open to all elements and shows no signs of damage or aging. Great product.

The sign was just what I ordered and arrived on time. It hasn't been put up yet but looks as if it will be simple to do. One suggestion is that manufacturer enclosed a note advising that a piece of protective covering needs to be removed as at first it appeared that my plate was printed in reverse.

Finished Product, once installed, completed the look of my property after other outside works had left my existing address sign looking very tired.If I had any issues at all, they were of my own making and surrounding the protective covering which meant that initially I thought the sign had been printed the wrong way round. Once I worked that out I then struggled to see how the covering came off. 24 hours later my grey matter finally cracked it, idiot that I am. "A bear of very little brain"!

Very impressed with the quick delivery. Downside was no instructions inside, especially that there is a thin film protecting the actual number plate. Looked as if numbers were printed in mirror reflection. I was about to return it thinking it was a misprint. Then came here & saw reviews to remove that white film. Lo and behold there we were now ... The plate is easy to install and comes with screws, screw holds for masonry and metal nuts that go on top.Looks very elegant and is not pricey at all as it's acrylic not glass.
