I was so excited the first time I put this on, it felt good! The extra lumbar support is exactly what I needed...I stood up straight immediately! So easy to put on and adjust with the side buckle straps. Finally, a company that knows how to make a decent back brace. Thanks to Amazon for getting it to me so quickly! This brace helps to significantly reduce the my severe lower back pain. Only concern was a little bit smaller than expected but they immediately replaced with the next larger size and the fit is perfect. So far so good and I like it. You can pretty much take it right out of the bag and put it on, it's not complicated. I've had some that I spend more time trying to put it on that I do wearing it. But not this one and it's comfortable.

I have a few lower back issues and have been Struggling to find a support that helped.Good support with the metal rods. Found this support great for walking about but very different trying to sit i.e driving. Not impossible but not comfortable. Initially when trying it on it didn't feel like it gave much support but once you pull in the extra side adjustment it makes a world of difference.
