GHOST Legend Pre-Workout Powder, Welch's Grape, 30 Servings

I've tried quite a few pre workouts, and this one is definitely one of my favorites! The Sonic Cherry Limeade flavor is delicious and actually tastes like the drink instead of having that overly artificial aftertaste. It mixes easily with no clumps and gives me a smooth, steady boost of energy without making me feel jittery or causing a crash later. I love taking it before workouts because it helps me stay focused, push through tough training sessions, and keeps my energy up from start to finish. If you're looking for a pre workout with great flavor and reliable performance, this one is absolutely worth trying!

Ok I’ve tried a lot of other powders this one is the best I’ll tell you why. Its clean. No gluten no weird fillers no artificial colors, etc. clean powder. The flavor is good. I got strawberry bubble yum and it tastes exactly like the gum BUT IT IS NOT OVER SWEET! This powder is great because it’s not like Ghost energy in a can that is overly sweet with Sucralose!!! This Ghost Legends powder is NOT sweet yet somehow very flavorful and dissolves easy in cold water. I will never use another brand. I’m so glad I finally found Ghost Legends, seriously beyond thrilled to finally find something that is clean and won’t make me itch from wheat, gluten or artificial crap. Thank you!!!!

Ghost is by far one of my favorite pre workout brands. I head to the gym at 4:30 every morning, and having my Ghost pre workout has become part of my daily ritual. It mixes well, tastes great, and I love that they offer so many different flavors, so it never gets boring. I also have it on Subscribe & Save, which is a huge convenience. A new container shows up just before I run out, so I never have to think about reordering. It’s one less thing on my to do list. If you’re looking for a great tasting pre workout from a brand that’s consistently reliable, I highly recommend Ghost. It’s been my go to for a long time.

Doesn’t taste at all like Sonic Ocean Water but it is sweet and quenches your thirst. Mixes very well no clumps at all. I personally think it gives me more energy and it seems to make you focus more. It doesn’t upset your tummy at all like a lot of powders do. I’ve bought it twice and it goes a long ways and will probably buy again

They are not kidding about the flavor. It's very not subtle or just sorta gum inspired, I think it may actually be the same powder that goes on bubble tape gum and rubs off on fingers when handling it. If you want to drink liquified bubble gum this is it. If that is not exactly what you are looking for you will have a bad time. It's what I was looking for but I'm glad I have a different flavor to alternate it with, this flavor every time would be a lot.

Repeat purchase for my husband he loves the flavor and it works well.

I did a scoop on an empty stomach and threw up now I’m wired asf it’s amazing. Eat beforehand and drink slowly. Will give insane energy!!

I purchased the Blue Raspberry flavour and really love the taste, the pump I feel on this is better and longer lasting than other (more expensive) pre workouts I've tried. I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I've noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn't seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I'm definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.

Practico natación y voy al gimnasio, he probado otros pre entrenos y quise revisar este, que catalogan como de los más ricos del mercado. Si bien, al inicio sabe a bubaloo de mora, esto solo es cuando das el sorbo y pasa por tu boca antes de tragarlo, de ahí se queda el sabor amargo del medicamento. En cuestión de efectos, no hubo bombeo, concentración o energía, el único efecto que me hizo fue darme diarrea a las 3 horas. En mi caso, les recomiendo más irse por los ryse, tanto por sabor, precio y energía, aunque en mi caso en particular, no brindan bombeo.

This might actually be the best all around preworkout. Really good doses of citrulline and caffeine and doesn't make you crash like other preworkouts I've tried. lasted me through 2 hour workouts and gets you pretty fired up. Goated pre.
