Fake pockets
Only just started using this bag due to not going out for a long time. I'm amazed and annoyed that the one zipped pocket that I would consider to be the most secure, that's the one that is on the back of the bag which is impossible to get at as it sits between the bag and your back is fake. So my phone and purse had to go into the main bag which could be accessed by a thief whilst wearing it. No happy, wast of money.
