The mirror was packaged special and I did not expect it to be broken. I made the mistake of putting this together in a carpeted room. When I opened the package that had the mirror in it not only was it broken, but it got shards of glass all over my carpeting. This was a disaster to say the least..

I was surprised at how heavy the box was when this arrived - be prepared to get help bringing it in. It takes quite a while to put together, as well, but is decent quality with a lot of features and compartments once assembled. I ordered it for my daughter's room so she would have more storage space to keep things more neat and put away, and also provide a place to sit and do her hair and makeup easier. Now she has a good sized mirror with light, multiple drawers, shelves, and cabinets, as well as a hook for her hair dryer. There is also built-in power connections right there, so she can use everything and keep it organized in one place.

The DWVO Makeup Vanity Set has been a fantastic addition to my daughter’s room. The high-quality, durable materials make it feel sturdy and long-lasting, and putting it together was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and included tools. I had it set up in no time, and it looks beautiful in her bedroom.What really won my daughter over was the elegant and compact design. She’s absolutely in love with the mirror and adjustable lights, spending precious moments pampering herself at the desk. The built-in storage and charging ports are thoughtful touches that make this vanity both stylish and functional.

I was very excited to upgrade my vanity set. This vanity definitely was very tedious and time consuming to put together, the instructions weren't the worst but are tiny so they are kind of hard to see even with my good eyesight. It definitely took a LONG time to put together... like all day for me. I used the tool it came with so I could give an honest review, and while I didn't have any issues stripping screws, the metal screw driver gave me blisters and left my hands hurting for a few days. Some of the predrilled holes were done better than others but a lot of the smaller screws were really hard to get started and had to use a lot of force to get them in. The door hinges were especially difficult to get on straight so they didn't scrape along the bottom. The vanity doors and shelf also don't seem to be the right width compared to the rest of the vanity even with everything lined up and secured correctly. Only two of the gold handles came in good condition, the others are severely scratched and scuffed which was annoying but not the end of the world, figuring I could just replace them later.I was finally ALMOST done with the vanity itself (still had the bench to build) after about 8 hours and a couple breaks... all I had was the lights left. Well, I put all the lights on and noticed there was nothing to plug them into. There is apparently supposed to be a little box behind the touch button on the mirror with a cord to plug the outlet cord into, and to plug the lights into, and mine is MISSING.The most irritating part is that the mirror is one of the first steps of building the dang thing, NONE of the pictures showed this mystery piece with two cords on the back of the mirror prior to this last step, all it showed was a blank back of the mirror. Then in the last step to connect the lights to the AC adapter, it suddenly showed a box on the back of the mirror. I was confused because I did not have that piece attached to my mirror, and it was not in the parts list at all so when I verified I had all the parts before building, how was I supposed to know it wasn't there? I have a hole for it to go, but nothing there. The mirror came in its own box, which was empty, not in there. I even tore apart the insane amount of Styrofoam in the main box to ensure it wasn't in there either, which it wasn't. So I built the entire thing not realizing that it was defective, rendering this entire vanity useless to me. It Without lights, it simply won't work for where I need to use it. Very disappointed, it's so heavy and now I don't even know what to do with it.

This vanity was a moderately difficult build. It took about 6 hours to construct. The effort did pay off because it looks amazing. It does feel a little flimsy but I hope that after it is filled with items that it feels more sturdy with the added weight. Overall very pleased with this vanity.

This took me a few hours to put together but it is so beautiful. It is not as sturdy as I would like but this makes for a great place to get my skincare done !
