Smart to have on hand!
I found out this winter when I felt slightly ill that drinking water/ powdered mix was the perfect answer. It doesn’t provide energy but it provides a feeling of wellness. No clumping . Good solubility. Good value- although costly. It really works great if you are feeling woozy, dizzy or just unwell.

Hydrates and tastes great
My husband loves it! After having a huge kidney “scare” he stopped drinking Mountain Dew and cokes and is now drinking water with the mango passion fruit packets . All kidney issues are gone and he feels much better. Thank you!!! I drink the sugar free ones and I love them

Awesome Flavor
Liquid I.V. is my go-to hydration drink for long hikes. It has the perfect balance of electrolytes and flavor. I’ve tried many different electrolyte brands and products, but most are either too salty or not effective enough. Liquid I.V. really gets the blend just right.

Great product!
These Liquid I.V. hydration packs are so handy for traveling, especially when water is not readily accessible. I do really feel the difference in how I feel when I have one of these on a traveling day where I haven't had much access to water. I think they are really effective, and also great for a post-workout. Of all the ones I've tried, Mango Passionfruit has definitely been the best!

Tastes great, perfect for multi-day hiking trips
Tastes amazing! Two of my favorite fruits combined. Took these on a mountain hiking trip and they kept me nice and hydrated the whole time, with a subtle (much needed) energy boost. Dissolves quickly and easily into water.
