I have known about berberine for at least a decade and always wanted to take it because of the amazing health benefits.The problem has always been that the only berberine I have ever found has come in very large capsules. I tried opening them and drinking in water for a while, but never long enough for any real benefits to be seen because berberine is so bitter it left a bitter taste fora couple hours.Because of that I have always been on the lookout and hoping for a supplement like this one. Finally found it! What I love about this berberine is that because it is dissolved in glycerin and masked with the pineapple, the taste is nowhere near as bad as straight berberine powder in water is. Yet I know this is berberine because I recognise the taste.I have been filling the dropper as far as it will go and taking note of how much of a ml it is siphoning in. Then I put my head back and squeeze the liquid as close to down my throat as I can get it. And repeat until I reach 2 mls.Then take a couple swigs of water so the berberine doesn't spread all over my mouth. I have no idea if my cholesterol or blood sugar are lowering as I haven't had them tested. But I know that berberine acts very similarly to the well known blood sugar and anti aging drug we have all heard of.So I"ll contunue taking it unless I start to feel there is a reason not to. I'm very happy with this product and grateful that they decided to do berberine in a different form than the standard yellow powder capsules.

It's too early to know if my cholesterol levels have improved as I've just started taking this product, I will raise my score if my blood test improve in a couple of months. I can not take statins and other herbal tablets were expensive and did not work in lowering my cholesterol. I used to take Metformin for Insulin Resistance and was able to discontinue them. My symptoms are back so I am going to try this product instead. However, the dosage here suggest taking the whole dose in the am. When I took Metformin my doctor suggested breaking the dosage down to 500 a half hour before each meal. This makes sense to me as you want to take the product before eating so it can combat that cholesterol. I have coffee in the am and only eat lunch and dinner. I am choosing to take 750 a half hour before lunch and another 750 before dinner. I will see how this method works. I have noticed a bit of a suppressant feeling after taking the drops which is good.

This is expensive compared to tablets and, quite difficult to get the full dose using the pipette, especially when nearing the end of the bottle. Can’t tell if it’s working yet.

Haven't noticed any changes yet. Tastes ok. Supplements can take a long time to kick in so will just have to wait and see.
