Twilight Time has done it again. A lost "classic" is now on Blu-Ray and emotions run high on these three new couples that move into the same neighborhood in the suburbs. Powerful performances include Joanne Woodward, Cameron Mitchell and Tony Randall to say the least. Their story is outstanding drama with a whisp of comedy and keeps you guessing right up to the end. The crystal clear black and white transfer is pristine in every way. I first balked a little at the price, but since I got one of the limited 3,000 copies available, I'm extremely happy I found this film.

A must see about suburbia circa 1958..incredible performances, esp. Joanne Woodward and Cameron Mitchell..lost for a thousand years it is on DVD and in great shape. Also, Barbara Rush and Patricia Owens..excellent interior Method acting,..reactions, gestures, shocks, all carefully calibrated by the director. Explosive conclusion, a film as timely today as it was when released in 1958.
