There are two blades. How do I use this? It really needs instructions

I may be very stupid but I couldn't work out how to use this! There are no instructions and, although I got it to cut there didn't seem to be any way to make a straight cut. It was very cheap but maybe it requires someone who already knows what they are doing in order to use it.

This item is a waste of time and money - though I'm not too upset as it was only a few dollars. I've scoured the internet for additional instructions, tips, or tricks, but cannot get it to cut Mat board properly as you cannot follow a straight edge with it to save your life given the stand required to clip to the bottom in order to keep a 45 degree angle. The blades are sharp and it feel comfortable in hand, but these points are moot if you cannot use for the purpose it was designed for. Perhaps it's just me and others would have better luck, but I would not purchase this product and look for a better alternative. Additionally, while it notes it can cut at 90 degrees, I have been unable to accomplish this and went back to using a normal craft knife to do so. Using the 45 degree angle it has a small, removable foot that clips to the bottom of the unit - when trying to cut at 90 degrees I had to remove the foot which made the unit very unstable and my cuts with my craft knife were actually cleaner, straighter, and at a more consistent angle than with this.
