Remote quality and keys quality excellent this is very good product.

This remote does not work as specified. Multiple remote buttons are non functional or not compatible with the Kodak TV, including home, back, left, right etc. This is not a bluetooth based remote but an IR based one, so only power, volume etc work. However, the option is only replacement with exact same item. No refunds. How is that exepected to help, since the replacement will be the exact same item which will again not work with the connected TV? This is deficiency in service or borderline fraud. I want refund.
