Update 9/6/2019It turns out these things work great, my previous review was based on my own mistake. Made pasteis de nata again, made my own puff pastry, and the result was excellent. The pasteis did not stick and came out great., crunchy and amazing. Will buy more!Old review based on my mistake:Made pasteis de nata and the pastry got completely stuck in these molds, even if I buttered them. Same pastry baked in a non stick muffin mold did not get stuck. very disappointed.

Made my mini cheese cakes in these my grand kids loved them! Chocolate peanut butter and cherry cheese cakes so they all got their favorite!

Had to send back...they were way smaller then i thought they would be. I feel like they would probably just burn.
