This is a real golden oldie and it’s great for cleaning most metals and alloys like copper and brass. Not so easy to find in shops any more

Used on a couple of dated brass objects. Easy to use and made them look fantastic. Brings a nice shine to and revitalises tired looking brass ornaments

It’s a tin a metal polish, it made the dull brass shiny again !But have a look at the state of the tin ! It arrived dented, scratched and battered !Still did it’s job!

Brasso does well what it is supposed to do and has always done so for me for many years. Any smooth-faced brass will gleam after a good "rub & shine". One containerwill last a long time and when stubborn stains on silver are difficult to remove when using "silvo", brasso, used carefully, helps. It can also be used as a fine abrasive for surfaces other than brass including wood and plastic.

I've been unable to find this locally since the start of the pandemic. I was willing to pay the rather inflated price asked here, because I was really desperate to get some. Despite being so dirty and stinky, it seems to work so much better than other brands around today, or the wadding. A trusted old product which I remember using over half a century ago to clean my grandmother's brass and copper. (When a neighbour dropped in, and asked if we were using plenty of elbow grease, my younger brother innocently replied, Oh no, we're not using elbow grease: we're using Brasso!". What a great advert that would have made!)Disappointing that the bottle arrived badly dented - but fortunately, nothing had spilt out ... I see another reviewer has also mentions this problem - it's about time the seller sorted it out and started to use appropriate packaging. For this price, you'd expect it to arrive in perfect condition. Five stars for the product, but I've knocked one off for the poor condition in which it arrived.

Works like the old Brasso (great)..On the negative side , one can came in with a loose cap that leaked out about 25% of a can all over the packing.

Eine Ergänzung zu meiner ersten Rezension : der Reiniger ist wirklich Klasse, aber er stinkt.Werft eure gebrauchten Tücher weg und wascht sie nicht, denn sonst riecht die Waschmaschine wie der Reiniger.Ich wasche gerade 150 Minuten bei 60 Grad mit einem Waschmaschinenreiniger und hoffe das dieser Geruch dann weg ist
