Not accurate at all
Super cheap and doesn’t work as it should. My fiancee is considered under weight and per the measurement guide he is off the charts. Literally. lol

Not too bad
This body fat caliper isn’t too bad & works well for small to average sized folks. Bigger than average may run into some snags as the jaws don’t open up too far. The readings that I took seem accurate. The plastic inside of the jaws isn’t very smooth & definitely feels uncomfortable on more sensitive areas of the skin, but it’s not intolerable.

The caliper was way too small for my use. It was good quality but could not hold all of what I needed to measure.

Beyond simple to use and read
This is incredibly easy to use. Just follow the instructions to set the device to zero, 'pinch an inch' near your hip (or in my case, a little more LOL) and measure using the device. The included instructions have a chart that shows where your body fat percentage falls. It just takes a few seconds and adds an easy way to track progress on your fitness journey beyond the scale or measuring tape.
