This wrap has worked well as both hot and cold therapy to relieve pain from bunions.It’s easy to heat and easy to cool and it retains both for long enough to provide relief.Depending on your microwave, it might be a little tricky to get the heat right - because it HEATS up!Only have to use it for a few minutes and the relief is immediate.Very glad we purchased this.

Worked well. It's VERY cold if put in the freezer. Too cold for my foot so I keep it in the fridge instead. Fits tight around the big toe.

For the price I hoped for more. They were hard to get over big toe. They are comfortable but don't stay cold long.

I like that you can connect two of them together so that they can be wrapped around your toes or upper foot. The gel is cool but not like ice. Bear in mind that they don't stay cool too long but for 20 min, they work well.

Used these both as an ice pack and a heat pack for sesamoiditis. Easy to use and great, so far! Only complaint is the instructions for heating are on the plastic packaging. Not on the box or the tag on the product.

Good for when elevating your foot. Out of the freezer it stayed really cold for about 10 minutes but I leave it on for about 20 minutes because the pressure seems to help with swelling. My only complaint is the big toe hole is not very stretchy so it was quite hard to put on until I got it stretched out.

They are just as described , the quality is very good they fit perfect .I like the design

This works like a charm during my ingrown toenail service! Helps keep swelling down. It hurts like heck for the first minute and then everything clams down. Very happy so far!
