I saw this as part of a recipe but didn't know what this was and so did not know what to expect :o
Upon buying this item, I wasn't sure as to what to expect as I had no knowledge of glucose. As I used it however, I realized that it was too thick for my liking and that I would have been better off with corn syrup (which is in essence the same thing)However that was due to my lack of information and so I can't judge the value of an item with that. I mean the item didn't do anything bad and actually did what it was supposed to, and so it in itself is a great item.

Good glucose
I love Wilton products and this is no different. I use this when making fondant and it's come out perfect every time. The container is not the most secure so make sure you store this properly once it's opened. If it's not level it may leak out and make a mess of wherever it is being stored.

Product title should read "Corn Syrup"
This product is in a liquid form, not in a powder form that I wanted. The content is listed as "corn syrup" on the container.As added sugars, glucose syrup and corn syrup aren't much different. In fact, glucose syrup is usually made from cornstarch, so the terms "glucose syrup" and "corn syrup" are sometimes used interchangeably ( http://www.livestrong.com/article/444584-glucose-syrup-vs-corn-syrup ).
