Texas BeardCompany Beard Oil Trial Size 4-pack

I retired from the I retired from the military in this last year, and thus have found myself beginning by beard journey, never to return to the land of the clean-shaven. This journey has sent me deep down the rabbit hole of beard products, and MAN is there stuff everywhere, each proclaiming itself the king of the hill, look no further oh ye lucky ones to have stumbled upon this place. I have found these companies that offer samples of most (if not all) of their scents to be the best bet for finding stuff I like.Enough intro, now unto the reviews!All the scents lasted for several hours that I could distinctly note the smell. Not too much oily residue, as I am dialing in how much I need to use.Big Thicket: Pretty much all I smelled was that smokey campfire smell. Not necessarily unpleasant, but it was strong, at least to mine own nose.Clove Citrus: Citrus-y, and clove-y. I do not care for the scent of cloves, so not for me.Night Cap: Strong lime. I have that one on right now, and all I get from it is the lime. Again, not unpleasant, just not for me.Mint Eucalyptus: The winner for me. They claim the opening of sinuses, and they are on the money. I shall be getting a larger bottler of this in the future.Overall for 16 bucks it was a good amount of beard oil, and some interesting scents.

I think this is a high quality product, it just didn't work for me. The scent is very strong, but fades very quickly (10 - 15 minutes maybe). This also wasn't a good product for my skin / beard, within a couple days of use I found that my skin was very itchy and has started to flake. My beard also became stiff / sticky from the oil. Again, I think it's a high quality product, but all beards and skin are different and it wasn't for me. I traditionally use beard balm so it would be interesting to try their version but I don't think I'll invest. The sample pack is great because it wasn't a major investment and would encourage you to support a small business that seems to be doing good work.

Texas Beard company makes my favorite beard products, hands down. I use and recommend these to all of my bearded brethren..

All of them smell great, the citrus and clove I feel is more of a seasonal scent though. I originally bought them to smell all of them and choose what I would like best. Although these are perfect travel sizes for going out of town or even throwing on in your gym bag or work

Good quality oils. Very natural and doesn’t not overwhelm with scents. My favorite beard products company.
