10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I AM BY NO MEANS A TECH PERSON BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY CLEAR TO FOLLOW AND JUST LIKE THAT MY MACBOOK IS BACK IN ACTION! I DID RUN INTO A SNAG BUT I WAS ABLE TO REACH OUT TO THE SELLER AND GET SOME ASSISTANCE AND IT WAS USER ERROR LOL! IF YOUR LOOKING TO REPAIR YOUR OWN DEVICES THIS WOULD BE THE WAY TO GO! I WILL BE ORDERING MORE ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER

I purchased a MacBook Air replacement screen in December and had it dropshipped to Costa Rica—a costly and complicated process. Less than two months after installation, the screen developed a thick black bar, rendering nearly a third of it unusable. I contacted the company on March 30th, well within the 1 year warranty. They admitted it was a hardware issue and promised to send a replacement to Costa Rica. Despite confirming my location early on, they later claimed Amazon couldn’t ship here and instead offered a refund, which I declined—I needed a working screen, not a refund. I asked them to please find an alternate shipping method because I coudn't afford to pay TWICE for the shipping for something that was THEIR fault (shipping alone was nearly the cost of the product and it was already going to cost me another 2-3 weeks to get it). They stopped responding. Earlier this week, the screen completely died, and I’m left without a working laptop—which I depend on for work. This isn’t an isolated case—apparently, many reviewers report similar failures. The company’s polite but ultimately ineffective support and lack of accountability left me covering the cost and logistics AGAIN for THEIR defective product. Their warranty means nothing if the product doesn't last even two months. I won’t buy from them again, and I urge others to avoid wasting their time and money.

So far so good! Find a good YouTube video and go slowly. The screen is very vibrant and I dont notice any differences from OEM. The included tool kit is a must.

Great product with all you need to instal it. Easy steps to assemble and it works fine.

Me llegó todo en caja perfecto. Con manual de instalación y herramientas para poder hacer el trabajo correctamente. Me anime a hacerlo yo directamente, hice trabajos técnicos en mi vida laboral y si bien dudé de meterme en ese lío lo hice y salió bien. Tiempo aproximado 45 minutos, complejidad 6/10, hay un video que muestra todo como hacerlo y el manual ( que hay que mirarlo) ayuda también.

Everything was in the package, well boxed and arrived unscathed. Installation of the screen was easy and was provided proper instructions and tools for everything that needed to be replaced. You get what you pay for with the screen. It's not as good as the original. It even feels lighter next to the screen I needed to replace. Brightness is ok, definitely usable. Colors are a bit washed out. You have to go in to settings>display and pick a color profile that is better than what it defaults to, pretty much pointing to the fact that this is a third party display and not a OEM replacement. Considering the M1 air is an aging laptop, this will work, but I am disappointed that that are just kind of "blah". If I had the time and money to search out a parts Mac, I would have, but this s been is cheaper than having apple replace one for you, or finding a OEM replacement which would be 2x-3x the price of this.

The replacement screen was an exact match as described, but it was defective and stopped working less than 48 hours after installation. This computer was not mishandled in any way, simply opened the screen to check email and this is what the screen looked like. I would not recommend purchasing these replacement MacBook Air screens.

I have a lot of experience with computer builds and while I didn't find the process for screen swap difficult, the instructions were terrible. Guide literally takes you through disassembly of laptop lid to last step and then asks you to REPEAT THE STEPS BACKWARDS for reassembly. Maybe it's me, but paper is cheap and this process has to be 100% accurate. Lost 1 star for that, as I don't think people read backwards at all, really bad idea for tech guides. . Lost another 2 stars because tools were absolute garbage. Grey and Red Torx were so poorly desiged that the metal torx rotated inside of the cheap plastic head. Toolkit is there for a reason, as most people don't have these laying around. Had to use needlenose pliers to grip the torx metal at the base to remove screws, which is a really great way to smash a circuit board. DO NOT BUY THIS KIT UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS OR MAKE SURE THE HARDWARE STORE IS OPEN. Screen is not close to original but totally usable unless you're doing photo work where color is critical.

I bought this product a few weeks ago. I replaced the screen and no issues at the beginning, however last week one crack appeared in the middle of the screen and now all the screen went black. Their support and product reliability is really poor

Mine generated black bars over 20% of the screen 7 days after the return deadline. I messaged Amazon on their chat and they were great about accepting the return after deadline. Prior to shipping back I reseated the cables but it did not solve the problem. Looking forward to my refund credit.

Good product, replaced the screen myself in about 20 minutes by following the simple instructions and I’m no pc engineer
